WONA’s lead designer is Ilona. Born and raised in Ukraine, Ilona knew from an early age that she was destined to be connected to the fashion industry. WONA is a family business, and it emerged from humble roots. Ilona’s foray into bridal began in an unpretentious guest room in her family’s home. Bridal became Ilona’s focus and she embraced this passion with a purpose. WONA Concept began to emerge as a well-known bridal name and sought-after brand in 2009. This growth has continued as WONA’s mission and mass appeal to brides have spread globally.
